We realize shipping cost are getting higher, we use FedEx to get you your corals quick and safe. If you do not get a notification of shipment please contact us, chances are paypal did not send us notice of your cleared payment. Items paid for on Sunday typically get shipped Monday. Items paid for on Monday typically get shipped Tuesday etc etc... Each shipment will be double bagged and placed in a styrofoam box with peanuts, and a hot or cold pack if needed. We do not require signature for delivery for we have found if your busy in another part of your house and do not hear the doorbell the driver takes the corals and brings them back the next day (NOT GOOD). Email us if you require special shipping days. DO NOT POST IN PAYPAL NOTES.....
Coral size can be determined by looking at the egg crate in backround. If you see an item on the crate the crate is 3/4 inch per square. If you cannot tell the size we would be happy to check and let you know. Local Pickups are more than welcome. However, if the order does not total $50 or more than a service charge of $10 will be applied. Shipping is in the lower 48 states of the United States only, we do not export out of the USA..... The chart below reflects our shipping rates based on frag purchases and not large colonies. We reserve the right to increase the rate based upon large colonies or heavier shipments. We will ship via FedEx overnight (Our Account Only). We will combine like items for combined shipping rates when ever possible. IMPORTANT NOTICE: You can only combine shipments with our eBay auctions that end on the same day or with items purchased from our website. Also, due to the nature our business we try and quarantine and dip each coral that comes into our system. There are instances where hitchhikers have made it passed our process. If you discover a notable hitchhiker please make us aware. Thank you!!!!!! In the unlikely event an item is misplaced and not put into your shipment, we offer the following 2 choices only. A. Refund or B. Credit. If credit is taken, we will ship the item on your next order, or give you the monatary value of your item in trade. We guarantee live arrival if the shipment is delvered as scheduled. We cannot control mother nature or the courier service. In the event they lose your package or it is delayed due to weather we will try and work out some sort of credit. Please realize that FedEx nor any other carrier will insure live coral under any circumstances.
